What we do

Discovery and Scoping
We map out the full feature set, user flows, platform requirements, and technical architecture before a line of code is written.

Design and Prototype
High-fidelity Figma designs and interactive prototypes. You review and approve screens before we move into development.

Development Sprints
Two-week sprints with testable builds at the end of each. You always have visibility into what is being built and when.

QA and Device Testing
Testing across a real device matrix — multiple screen sizes, OS versions, and network conditions. No simulator shortcuts.

Store Submission
App Store and Play Store submission including metadata, screenshots, privacy disclosures, and review handling.

Post-Launch Support
Bug fixes, OS compatibility updates, and feature iterations. We stay on to ensure the app succeeds after launch day.
